Albert Simeoni, WPI

Dr. Simeoni is an Associate Professor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a focus on wildland fire behavior research. His presentation will cover the fundamental and phenomenological description of fire behavior developed to improve the characterization of wildfire spread. Modeling activities and experimental studies will be presented along with other aspects related to fire impact and extreme fire behavior.
