Sgt. Michael Peters, Tpr. Steve Sicard of the Massachusetts State Police and their k-9 partners will present on k-9 use in detecting accelerants and explosives. They have many years of experience training and working with k-9s in the field. They will discuss training techniques and do a live demonstration with the dogs. They will also discuss some new technologies used in the field.
